Business Excellence Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement business excellence initiatives to drive operational efficiency, quality improvement, and cost reduction across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Analyze data to measure performance metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead projects related to process re-engineering, automation, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong understanding of business excellence principles, including Kaizen methodologies.
• Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements that result in increased productivity and reduced costs.
