Business & Excellence Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor system usage, data accuracy, reporting compliance and field-force productivity.
• Coordinate with the SFA service provider and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Manage and administer the organisations Sales Force Automation (SFA) platform across the field and business teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards covering sales performance, customer coverage, call productivity, expenses, attendance and incentives.
• Analyse SFA data to identify gaps, improve field-force effectiveness and support business decision-making.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of the platform.
• Manage system upgrades, process changes, testing and implementation of new modules or functionalities.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality and adherence to defined SFA governance and reporting protocols.
