Business Developmet Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and high-energy B2B Partnerships & Channel Sales Manager to spearhead our ecosystem expansion in the assigned territory. In this role, you will build, nurture & scale strategic B2B alliances & channel networks including playschools, sports academies, coaching institutes (JEE/NEET/Foundation etc) & educational influencers/individual partners to drive sustainable online school admissions & brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Partner Acquisition:

• Identify, prospect & onboard strategic channel partners in the assigned territory including playschools, sports academies, and academic coaching centers.

• Recruit & manage high-impact individual channel partners and local education influencers.

• Relationship Management & Enablement:

• Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partner management, owners & key decision-makers.

• Conduct regular training sessions, orientations & product briefings for partner teams to ensure they effectively pitch our online school programs.

• Admission Pipeline & Revenue Generation:

• Drive lead generation & conversion through your channel network to meet & exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets.

Experience: 2 to 6 years of proven experience in B2B channel sales, institutional partnerships, business development or franchise/network expansion (EdTech or education sector experience is a strong plus).

Network & Ecosystem Knowledge: Existing relationships or a deep understanding of local educational ecosystems (playschool owners, coaching center management, sports academies, or community influencers) within the assigned territory.
