Kenome is focused on building a scalable Enterprise AI product platform with repeatable industry use cases and solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a BD Lead who can understand customer requirements, RFPs/RFIs, business challenges, and translate them into compelling solution propositions around Enterprise AI, Agentic AI, automation, cloud, data, and digital transformation.

The role will work closely with the CXOs, Product/ Engineering teams to develop proposals, solution narratives, presentations, use cases, and customer-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and customer requirements to understand scope, objectives, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate end-to-end proposal responses across Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Business teams.
• Develop structured and compelling proposal documents, solution responses, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Ensure proposals accurately represent Kenome's product capabilities and differentiators.
• Maintain reusable proposal content, case studies, solution references, and knowledge repositories.
• Translate customer business requirements into relevant AI, Agentic AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions.
• Develop solution concepts, workflows, use-case narratives, and high-level solution architectures in collaboration with technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to demonstrate how AI agents can automate business processes and improve productivity.
• Support development of POCs, demos, and solution presentations where required.

Customer & Stakeholder Support

• Participate in customer discussions to understand business and technical requirements.
• Support customer presentations and solution walkthroughs.
• Convert complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented communication.
• Work with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and solution scope.

Market & Product Understanding

• Research Enterprise AI, Agentic AI, automation, cloud, data, and digital transformation trends.
• Track competitor capabilities and emerging AI platforms.
• Develop industry-specific use cases and solution narratives for Kenome.
• Provide feedback to Product and Solutions teams based on customer requirements and market observations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E., Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 Years of experience in Presales, Solutions, Proposal Management, Product Consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience working with RFPs/RFIs, proposals, solution documents, and customer presentations.
• Good understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Cloud, Data Analytics, Automation, or Digital Technologies.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business-focused solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Enterprise AI, SaaS, automation, or technology products.
• Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, AI orchestration, APIs, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience preparing proposals for enterprise customers.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience creating solution presentations, process flows, use cases, or high-level architectures is an advantage.
