Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Trainee to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and support client acquisition activities. The candidate should have strong communication skills and an interest in sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate business leads.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Contact prospects through calls, emails, and professional platforms.
• Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
• Maintain lead databases and follow up with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business development goals.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development.
• Strong research, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and achieve business targets.

Eligibility

• BBA, B.Com, B.A., BMS, or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
• Academic projects or internships in sales, marketing, or business development are an advantage.
