Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development TPA role based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with insurance companies, corporate clients, and healthcare providers, while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. The team member will conduct market research, prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and participate in negotiations to drive growth in TPA services. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal operations and claims teams, ensuring client requirements are met, tracking performance against targets, and preparing regular business reports. The role also includes representing Health Assist at industry events, building a strong professional network, and supporting strategic initiatives to expand the company's footprint in the region.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Candidates should possess competencies in negotiation, presentation, and communication to engage effectively with corporate clients, insurers, and healthcare providers.
• Candidates should possess analytical and research skills to understand market trends, evaluate business opportunities, and prepare data-driven proposals.
• Candidates should possess organizational and planning skills to manage multiple accounts, track performance metrics, and meet business targets.
• Prior experience in health insurance, TPAs, healthcare services, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, insurance, or a related field is preferred; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software) and comfort with digital communication platforms.
