Business Development Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

• To Achieve Order Book target based on group strategy and sales bridge.
• Customer New Program Mapping
• BU Opportunity Matrix and competition mapping
• New/ Fresh RFG Generation based on customer new program mapping and opportunity matrix.
• Customer Relationship Management: Existing & Potential.
• Arranging the meeting of Tata AutoComps senior management with the customer top management.
• Visit to customer locations and meeting with their senior management teams and key team members.
• Explore new business opportunities, resourcing, increase SoW etc.
• Developing Synergy between the Business Units.
• Conducting review meetings with customers.
• Volume forecast for PV Segment/ 2Wheeler,3Wheeler Segment /Electronics Segment with defined accuracy %.

Preferred candidate profile

• Personality Agile and Adaptive, Good interpersonal, analytical, Negotiation and Communication skills. Should be Innovative and Strategic in approach.
• Good Understanding of Automotive Industry and auto component industry.
• Good knowledge of the Market, Changing trends and customers.
• At least 15 years of experience in Business Development
• Good connect at operating and decision making levels across all OEMs
