Business Development Support - Kotapadu

Role & responsibilities

Financial

- Support analysis of business opportunities and assessment of commercial viability.

- Assist in preparation of cost-benefit analysis and profitability evaluations for prospective business opportunities.

- Support development of business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews through data collection and analysis.

- Maintain business-related databases and ensure accuracy of commercial and operational information.

- Track business performance metrics and provide periodic updates for management review.

Customer

- Support customer relationship management activities and ensure timely response to customer requirements.

- Coordinate with customers for collection of required documents, approvals, and commercial information.

- Assist in maintaining regular communication with existing and prospective customers.

- Support customer onboarding and contract implementation activities.

- Coordinate resolution of customer queries through effective liaison with internal teams.

Business Development & Coordination

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with plant requirements and business objectives.

- Conduct customer visits, site assessments, waste surveys, and market mapping activities to identify potential business opportunities.

- Generate leads and actively pursue conversion of opportunities into sustainable business engagements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with waste generators, industries, traders, consultants, and other potential customers.

- Support achievement of business acquisition targets through continuous prospecting and customer engagement.

- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, emerging waste streams, and regulatory developments.

- Assist in preparing commercial proposals, business presentations, and customer submissions.

- Coordinate with plant, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of newly acquired business.

- Monitor assigned customer accounts and support timely resolution of operational and commercial issues.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, business opportunities, and conversion status.

- Support implementation of Alternative Fuels and waste management initiatives across assigned territories and markets.

Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, waste generators, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

- Coordinate with plant teams and cross-functional departments to facilitate smooth execution of business activities.

- Represent the organization during customer meetings, site visits, waste assessments, and business discussions.

- Ensure effective communication between customers and internal stakeholders for timely resolution of issues and successful business execution.
