About this role
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, including research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial customers.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to promote the companys product portfolio.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to generate leads and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and territory business plans to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, logistics, and customer support) to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients in line with company policy.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of any client-related issues.
