About this role
NextCode Placement is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team and support business growth in the US staffing market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, researching decision-makers, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong client pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential US staffing clients and key decision-makers.
- Generate quality leads through email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
- Qualify prospects and understand their staffing and hiring requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases and CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct market and company research to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in US staffing lead generation/business development.
- Basic understanding of the US staffing and recruitment industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn, and lead-generation tools is an advantage.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Night Shift: 7:20 PM – 4:30 AM IST
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
