Business Development Specialist:

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
• Strong US Healthcare Sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Medical Billing, RCM, Healthcare BPO, Healthcare IT, or related services.
• Proven experience in US market lead generation and client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare provider market.
• Experience selling services to physicians, medical practices, hospitals, healthcare groups, or healthcare organizations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apollo.io and other lead-generation platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/prospecting tools.
• Strong experience in cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and appointment setting.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with US-based clients and decision-makers.
• Strong analytical and market-research skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

AI & Sales Technology Skills

• Strong working knowledge of AI tools for sales and business development.
• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools for prospect research, account research, email personalization, sales messaging, and market analysis.
• Familiarity with AI-powered lead enrichment, automation, and sales intelligence tools is an advantage.
• Ability to use technology and AI to improve prospecting efficiency, personalization, lead qualification, and sales conversion.
