About this role
Optivexa | Location: India | Markets: USA, UK, Australia & Europe
Optivexa is a UK-based company with a subsidiary in India, currently helping international businesses scale through Virtual Assistants and Remote Teams.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience in acquiring international clients through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour or other freelance/listing platforms.
What You'll Do- Identify and acquire international clients through online platforms and outbound channels
- Find relevant projects, submit proposals and initiate conversations
- Conduct client calls, understand requirements and present solutions
- Follow up, negotiate and close new business
- Build long-term relationships with clients across the USA, UK, Australia and Europe
- Work closely with the founder to improve sales strategy and international growth
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline
- 2+ years of experience in International Business Development / Sales
- Proven experience working with clients from the USA, UK or Australia
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-driven, target-oriented and willing to take ownership
Work closely with a growing founder and leadership team
