Business Development Executive IT/Software Sales

Mariox Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team.

What you'll do:

• Generate and manage your own leads through LinkedIn, outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
• Identify and convert opportunities for Web, Mobile App, SaaS & Custom Software Development.
• Handle client communication, requirement understanding, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
• Work independently and perform effectively under pressure.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/Software/Technology Sales or Business Development.
• Strong experience in Web, Mobile App and Software development sales.
• Proven ability to generate self-sourced leads and convert them into business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 30,000 – 60,000/month

Location: Noida
