Responsibilities

• Business Development/Sales of IP-centric services for Khurana Khurana and IIPRD, including through email campaigns and calls to existing/potential clients, explaining IP and Commercial/Corporate Law Services that KK/IIPRD focus on, managing client relationships, and handling client engagements, especially from Trademark Advisory orientation to existing clients.
• The candidate would be expected to work independently on focused and clear mandates with defined expectations, and would be reporting directly to a firm partner. The candidate should be matured, self-motivated, focused on BD mandates, and thorough professional, with simple and humble attitude.
• It would be strongly recommended that the Professional be based in or be willing to relocate/travel to Greater Noida office of KK.
• Professionals should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, brand building, digital marketing, running email campaigns, and should be comfortable executing target based assignments.
• Should be willing to work independently and take complete responsibility of mandates allocated.
• Prior IP/Trademark Law mandates experience would be helpful.
• Delhi | Greater Noida (NCR) | Mumbai | Pune | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Chennai | Punjab | Indore

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, brand building, digital marketing, running email campaigns, and comfortable executing target-based assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior IP/Trademark Law experience would be helpful.
