Business Development Specialist - Trademark

Location: Greater Noida

Responsibilities

• Business Development/Sales of IP-centric services to existing/potential clients, including explaining IP and Commercial/Corporate Law services that Khurana & Khurana / IIPRD focus on, with focus on Trademark Advisory orientation to existing clients. Highly matured and motivated professionals with minimum 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• The candidate would be expected to work independently on focused and clear mandates with defined expectations, and would be reporting directly to a firm partner. The candidate should be matured, self-motivated, focused on BD mandates, and thorough professional, with simple and humble attitude.
• It would be strongly recommended that the Professional be based in or be willing to relocate/travel to Greater Noida office of K&K.
• Professionals should possess extremely strong written and verbal/communication skills, and should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, brand building, digital marketing, running email campaigns, and should be comfortable executing target based assignments.
• Should be willing to work independently and take complete responsibility of mandates allocated.
• Prior experience on IP/Trademark Law mandates would be really helpful.
