Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with excellent English communication skills to engage with US/international clients, generate qualified leads, and build new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Engage with US/international prospects and understand their business requirements.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate product demos and client meetings.
• Handle customer objections and support the sales closure process.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience in BPO, International Voice, Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or International Sales.
• Experience handling US/international customers is preferred.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn software/SaaS products.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
• SaaS/IT sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
