Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer business challenges and requirements.
• Deliver compelling product presentations, solution demonstrations, and value-based sales pitches.
• Develop customized proposals and commercial quotations aligned with customer requirements.
• Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals while ensuring a seamless customer onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, managing the full sales lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
• Proven experience in closing high-value deals with mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong consultative selling and solution-selling capabilities.
• Prior experience in selling Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management System (DMS) solutions will be a strong advantage.
