Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Business Development (BD)/Sales Professional with minimum 3 years of core Domestic IP/Legal domain experience, and keen interest in lead generation.
- The candidate would be expected to reach out to potential corporates, and other firms to pitch comprehensive IP/Legal Services rendered by the firm through a combination of cold-calling, strategic emails, and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
- The candidate would be expected to have/develop a core understanding of Intellectual Property (IP) and Legal Services provided by the firm and prepare necessary adjustments in the pitch accordingly. It is critical that a clear understanding of the various services is developed and that the colleague takes initiative in the right direction by writing blogs, undertaking webinars, making presentations, and becoming a strong BD professional.
- The candidate would be expected to work independently on focused and clear mandates with defined expectations, and would be reporting directly to a firm partner. The candidate should be matured, self-motivated, focused on BD mandates, and a thorough professional, with a simple and humble attitude.
- The professional should possess extremely strong written and verbal communication skills and should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in business development, brand building, digital marketing, running email campaigns, and should be comfortable executing target-based assignments.
