Business Development Role - Resin Commodity

Role and responsibilities:

- Customer Acquisition and Market Expansion for Resins and Engineering plastics (PBT, POM, PPS, PC, ABS, ASA)

- Identify potential customers by scouting databases, analyzing industry trends, and engaging with trade bodies.

- Manage a portfolio of 30 - 50 customers at any given time, ensuring relationship growth and account retention.

- Drive revenue growth by executing high - impact sales strategies across multiple industries.

- Lead negotiations and close high - value deals while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Work closely with cross - functional teams (pricing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts.

- Provide technical and commercial insights to customers, helping them optimize procurement.

- Ensure understanding of customer needs and offer tailored solutions for different industries.

- Ensure compliance with logistics, customs duties, and supply chain best practices for smooth cross - border transaction.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Engineering degree is a must; an MBA is desirable

- 8+ years in business development of various grade of Resin.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
