Job Description:

SRA Information Technology is looking for an experienced Business Development Research Analyst to support our US Non-IT business development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, researching companies and decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and providing market intelligence to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential US clients across Healthcare, Pharma, Manufacturing, Legal, and other Non-IT industries.
• Identify key decision-makers and generate qualified B2B leads.
• Conduct research using LinkedIn, company websites, and online databases.
• Maintain accurate prospect and company databases.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams.
• Prepare regular lead-generation and research reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in market research, lead generation, business development, inside sales, or similar roles.
• Experience researching the US market is preferred.
• Strong internet research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
