Location: Delhi-NCR (Noida / Gurugram / Delhi)

Are you passionate about B2B sales, SaaS, and building strong client relationships We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our cloud-based Payroll & HRMS software business!
Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and field visits.
Conduct product demos for HR Heads, CFOs, Founders, and business owners.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
Build referral partnerships with Chartered Accountants (CAs), accounting firms, and tax consultants.
Understand payroll processes and statutory compliance requirements, including PF, ESI, TDS, PT, and LWF.
Maintain sales pipelines and customer interactions in the CRM.
What We're Looking For: 1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS, software, ERP, or technology sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in HRMS, payroll, Tally, or accounting software is a plus.
A target-oriented mindset with a passion for winning new business.
