Business Development Representative

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You'll identify and qualify opportunities, book meetings, and hand over warm leads to our Client Partners to close. Based out of Coimbatore, you'll focus on the Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers in the Middle East
• Run outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
• Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for Client Partners
• Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the pipeline
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in the CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified opportunities
• Share market and customer insights with the sales and leadership teams

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a BDR in a software services company
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and booking meetings that convert into deals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM tools
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound prospecting

Preferred

• Arabic speaking (spoken and written)
• Experience working with clients or markets in the Middle East (an added advantage)
• Exposure to Salesforce or other enterprise software services
