Business Development & Operations Specialist - VedaMandir

About VedaMandir:

VedaMandir is a FaithTech platform connecting devotees with authentic temple rituals, pujas, homams, astrology, and other spiritual services through a trusted network of partner temples across India.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development & Operations professional to drive business growth by coordinating across all departments, streamlining operations, and executing high-impact growth initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.

- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, Customer Support, Finance, Temple Partnerships, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

- Analyse business performance, customer insights, and market trends to recommend growth strategies.

- Monitor key business metrics and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for leadership.

- Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution while ensuring timely delivery.

- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and partner satisfaction.

- Work closely with leadership to define quarterly and annual business objectives.

- Ensure alignment between departments by conducting regular review meetings and tracking action items.

- Support the launch of new products, services, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and temple authorities.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.

- 0 - 1 years of experience in Business Development, Operations, Strategy, Program Management, or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

- Experience working across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
