Business Development & Operations Manager (COEO) - Remote

Role Overview:

Work Mode: 100% Remote | Work from Home |

Work closely with the founder to build business operations, drive initial B2B client acquisition, and shape the companys growth strategy. This role requires a strategic partner who can challenge ideas, provide honest feedback, and turn business goals into action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Work closely with the founder to refine the company's business strategy and develop an actionable roadmap for growth.
• AI & Automation Integration: Design, select, and implement customized AI tools and automated workflows to streamline internal operations and improve client efficiency.
• Business Development: Lead the acquisition of the company's first high-value commercial B2B clients through strategic outreach and business development.
• Operational Leadership: Establish day-to-day operational processes and ensure service delivery is efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company's growth goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• Deep Technical Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of customized AI automation tools, CRM integrations, and advanced digital workflow optimization.
• Scaling Experience: A proven track record in scaling commercial B2B businesses, including hands-on experience in early-stage client acquisition and revenue generation.
• The "Truth-Teller" Mindset: Confidence to challenge strategic assumptions and provide an objective perspective to support the company's long-term decisions.
• Collaborative Leadership: Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented approach that fosters high-level problem solving.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
• Must have their own laptop or computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a suitable home-office setup.
• Must be comfortable working remotely from India while aligning with US Central Time working hours.
