Business Development Officer

Organization: Manappuram Chits Karnataka Private Limited.

Role & Responsibilities

• Promote and enroll customers in various chit schemes offered by the company.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local market networking.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the branch.
• Explain chit schemes, payment terms, benefits, and procedures clearly to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through market visits and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with the branch team for customer onboarding and documentation.
• Support the branch in achieving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Minimum Plus Two (PUC Pass).
• Candidates with minimum 2 year NBFC/ chit fund/ banking experience is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively with the branch team and follow company policies.
