Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the companys growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, online platforms, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and communicate suitable products or services.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Achieve business development targets and maintain regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing and business operations.
• Participate in virtual client meetings and presentations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a business or marketing background is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong lead-generation, follow-up, and client-handling abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
