What You ll Do

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders.

- Develop and present proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value of TheySways services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and delivery, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

- A seasoned business development professional with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- An excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- A skilled negotiator and closer, able to effectively manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Data-driven, with experience in tracking and analyzing sales performance.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
