What You Will Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
• Generate leads through networking, field visits, referrals and other channels.
• Meet potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Develop new customer/dealer/business contacts.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor market opportunities and customer requirements.
• Maintain sales and follow-up reports.

What We Are Looking For

Must Have:

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Good communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with customers and business contacts.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Willingness to travel locally for business development.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Education:

• Plus Two / Diploma / Degree / Master's — all are welcome.
• Your educational qualification is not the main deciding factor.

Experience:

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales or Field Sales is preferred.
• Experience in furniture, furnishing, building materials, interior products or related industries will be an advantage.
• Strong freshers with the right communication and networking skills may also be considered.
