• Generate leads through direct sourcing, references, and partner channels.
• Identify potential customers and promote loan products.
• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
• Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.
• Ensure proper collection and submission of customer documents.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Any Regular Degree
• Experience: 0-3 years in Sales / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services.
• Freshers: Can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work with sales targets.
