Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, data mining, online research, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct outbound calls, cold calls, email outreach, and regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Identify business opportunities and qualify prospects based on their requirements and potential.
• Handle UAE-based clients professionally and build strong, long-term business relationships.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams to support the sales process.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and client activity records.
• Achieve assigned lead-generation, meeting, and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience for the junior-level position.
• 2-4 years for the experienced position.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and business development processes.
• Experience with cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
• Comfortable communicating with international/UAE-based clients.
• Target-oriented, confident, persuasive, and professional approach.
• Good research, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
