About this role
We are hiring a Business Development Officer for a well-established TMT steel bar manufacturer, covering Vellarada, Neyyattinkara and Kattakada in Thiruvananthapuram district. This is a field sales role, open to freshers, with immediate joining.
Role & responsibilities:
- Field sales of TMT steel bars to dealers, builders and contractors
- Identify and onboard new dealers and customers in the assigned area
- Regular market visits and full territory coverage
- Follow up on orders and collections
- Submit daily sales reports
- Build strong relationships with key accounts
Preferred candidate profile:
- 0-1 year of experience; freshers are welcome
- Any graduate
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- Good local knowledge of Vellarada / Neyyattinkara / Kattakada area
- Fluent in Malayalam
Salary & benefits:
- Rs 18,000 - 20,000 per month
- Daily allowance (DA) and travel allowance (TA)
- Immediate joining
Work mode:
- Field work - daily travel across Vellarada, Neyyattinkara and Kattakada (not a desk job)
