Business Development Officer - Field Sales

We are hiring Business Development Officers for a well-established TMT steel bar manufacturer - one each for Kollam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki districts. This is a field sales role, open to freshers, with immediate joining.

Role & responsibilities:

- Field sales of TMT steel bars to dealers, builders and contractors

- Identify and onboard new dealers and customers in your district

- Regular market visits and full territory coverage

- Follow up on orders and collections

- Submit daily sales reports

- Build strong relationships with key accounts

Preferred candidate profile:

- 0-1 year of experience; freshers are welcome

- Any graduate

- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence

- Good local knowledge of Kollam, Pathanamthitta or Idukki district

- Fluent in Malayalam

Salary & benefits:

- Rs 18,000 - 20,000 per month

- Daily allowance (DA) and travel allowance (TA)

- Immediate joining

Work mode:

- Field work - daily travel across your assigned district (not a desk job)
