Business Development Officer - Bhopal

Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales in line with assigned business goals and targets.
• Identify, approach, and onboard schools within the allocated territory/clusters as guided by the reporting manager.
• Onboarding of 20 schools annually.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and key stakeholders.
• Support the team in onboarding 2030 schools annually.
• Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and pipeline using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of school partnerships.
• Travel within the state to meet schools, conduct presentations, and generate new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with 2 to 5 years of overall work experience.

o Candidates with prior experience in institutional sales and school acquisition/sign ups will be preferred.

• Candidate must be based in Bhopal and have a good understanding of the local market.
• Should have strong relationships with school stakeholders and decision-makers in Bhopal. o Must possess an established network and connections with schools across Bhopal.

Language: English & Hindi

Skills Required

• Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
• Experience in institutional or school sales is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

Travel Requirement • Frequent travel within Madhya Pradesh which includes Bhopal, Narmadapuram, astha, begumganj, sehore.
