Business Development & Marketing Associate

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining on-ground support at sports courts with coordination and operational work.

This is NOT an office/desk job. A major part of the role requires you to be physically present at sports courts/grounds, interacting with players and assisting during games and tournaments. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this.

On-Ground Responsibilities

• Be present at partner sports courts/grounds, especially during playing hours.
• Introduce players to the app and encourage them to try and use it.
• Help players understand how to use the app and assist them when required.
• Support tournaments and coordinate on-ground activities.
• Ensure promotional materials are properly placed and visible at the venue.
• Collect player feedback and share useful insights with the team.

Operations & Coordination

During non-playing hours, you may also:

• Handle day-to-day communication and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with sports venues, players and other stakeholders.
• Help manage tournaments and upcoming activities.
• Take ownership of assigned operational and administrative tasks.
• Keep track of ongoing work and provide regular updates to the team.

Who Should Apply

• Comfortable spending a significant part of the working day at sports courts/grounds.
• Confident speaking with new people and assisting customers.
• Responsible, proactive and comfortable handling tasks independently.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic online tools.
• Having your own two-wheeler/vehicle is preferred, as travel between sports venues or tournaments may occasionally be required.
• An interest in sports, startups or technology is a plus.
