Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,Pune & Maharashtra. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and customers, and expanding Hama’s presence in the market. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and collaborating with internal teams on product positioning and go-to-market strategies. The Business Development Manager will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute to strategic planning to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong skills in market analysis, opportunity identification, and strategic planning to support sustainable growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Capability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort working with data, CRM tools, and reporting systems to monitor pipeline, forecasts, and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in consumer electronics or technology products is beneficial, along with familiarity with the Mumbai market.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
