Business Development Manager

Job Summary The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through new customer acquisition. This role requires a strong ERP sales background and the ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- End to End Sales Cycle from Lead Generation, Prospecting, Software Demo, Discovery, Solution, Negotiate and close business deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive company growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- 2-7 years of experience in ERP sales or business development.
- Bachelors / master s degree in business administration or related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
