Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new B2B business opportunities across corporate, commercial, and institutional segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, project management consultants, and key decision-makers
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures
• Develop strategic account plans and ensure long-term client engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, and marketing) to deliver customized workplace solutions
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
• Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for leadership

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, or workplace solutions is a strong advantage) Strong network within corporate clients, architects, and project stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage large deals and complex sales cycles
