Our B2B business works with corporates, commercial spaces, hotels, co-working spaces and real estate projects to create and maintain green spaces. Our solutions include indoor plants, landscaping, green walls, terrace gardens and plant maintenance.

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business across Mumbai. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, meeting decision-makers, understanding their requirements and converting opportunities into business. This is a field-based sales role with regular client meetings and site visits.

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients
• Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking and market research
• Connect with facility managers, architects, developers and other decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and recommend relevant solutions
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate client and sales information on CRM

What We're Looking For

• 4-9 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Experience in selling to corporate or commercial clients
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with field sales, client meetings and site visits
• Ability to independently generate leads and drive sales
• Experience in facilities, interiors, real estate, hospitality, workplace solutions, landscaping or related industries is a plus
• Knowledge of plants or horticulture is a plus, but not mandatory
