BDM / BDE - Industrial B2B Sales
Salary: 20,000 - 40,000/month + Incentives
Experience: 1 - 4 Years

Location: Chennai & Pune

Requirements:

• MBA (Marketing) Mandatory
• 1 - 4 years of proven B2B / Industrial / Field Sales experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Strong track record in lead generation & sales closure
• Willing to travel extensively for client visits and projects
• Chennai-based candidates preferred
• Self-driven, target-oriented & field-sales focused

Key Responsibilities

• Research markets and identify potential industrial clients
• Generate leads, approach prospects & present ISCT solutions
• Handle client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations & closures
• Build strong client relationships and develop new business
• Maintain accurate lead, sales & project records
• Coordinate and supervise project application and execution
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
