Role & responsibilities

• Enterprise Corporate Sales: Prospect, engage, and close mid-market and enterprise B2B accounts across manufacturing, tech, and commercial sectors.
• C-Suite Pitching: Drive multi-stakeholder deal cycles directly with HR Heads, CFOs, and Managing Directors.
• In-Person Field Sales: Conduct high-impact product demos, solution scoping, and commercial negotiations.
• Pipeline Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery to contract execution.
• Network & Low-Hanging Fruit Execution : Leverage existing industry contacts and past B2B relationships to open quick doors and convert immediate sales opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 15 years in core B2B enterprise software sales (mandatory minimum 3 recent years selling HRMS / Payroll / Enterprise ERP).
• Proven track record of hitting multi-lakh/crore corporate revenue targets.
• Exceptional C-suite presentation and closing skills.
• Strong familiarity with regional enterprise hubs (Chennai, Bengaluru, or Mumbai).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
