Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

•     Generate new business for Digital Marketing and Creative Agency services. 
  •    Sell services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Branding, UI/UX, Content, and Creative Solutions. 
  •    Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. 
  •    Generate leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events, and partnerships. 
  •    Conduct discovery calls, understand client requirements, and propose suitable solutions. 
  •    Prepare proposals, presentations, commercials, and negotiate contracts. 
  •    Coordinate with technical, delivery, and pre-sales teams for customized solutions. 
  •    Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. 
  •    Build long-term client relationships and drive upselling/cross-selling. 
  •    Achieve lead generation, meeting, revenue, and closure targets. 
  

Requirements

•     Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in a Digital Marketing or Creative Agency. 
  •    Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. 
  •    Proven ability to independently generate and convert opportunities into revenue. 
  •    Strong skills in prospecting, qualification, proposal management, negotiation, and contract closure. 
  •    Good understanding of digital marketing services and branding. 
  •    International client exposure is preferred. 
  •    Weekend availability is mandatory. 
  Important sourcing point: Prioritize candidates who have B2B sales experience selling Digital Marketing/Creative Agency services, rather than general IT/software sales candidates.
