Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the power industry.
• Identify new investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and negotiate deals for acquisitions or joint ventures.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and reports to support fundraising efforts and project financing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, manage budgets, and monitor performance.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in M&A advisory services or related fields such as consulting or finance.
• Strong expertise in acquisition, business development, due diligence, financial modeling, fund raising, investment analysis/valuation/report preparation.
• Proven track record of successfully completing complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders.
