About the Role:
Be the bridge between technology and business, help position Avalon as a strategic manufacturing partner to global and India based OEMs and drive business growth
Responsibilities:
- Decode the EMS landscape - PCBA to box build products in complex industry verticals.
- Identify high potential customers across the globe & convert RFQs into revenue.
- Drive engagement with key decision makers and stakeholders in global B2B markets through influence and trust building.
Qualifications:
- BE / BTech , MBA (Sales and Marketing)
Ideal Candidate:
- Candidates with 4 to 8 years experience in Business Development / Sales with Electronics Manufacturing Services companies.
- Proven dealmaker with strong relationship & negotiation skills
- Excellent communicator and presenter
- Driven by growth, innovation, and impact
Compensation: Commensurate with experience, and includes coverage under the sales incentive program
Location: Chennai (MEPZ) / Bangalore (Whitefield)
