Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the B2C market for window films.
• Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals to increase project sales.
• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and expand market presence.
• Identify new opportunities for residential projects and develop effective solutions using window film products.

Job Requirements :

• 4-13 years of experience in business development or related field (B2C).
• Strong understanding of the building materials industry, particularly windows & doors segment.
• Proven track record in developing successful business plans and executing them effectively.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage a high-performing team.
