As a Business Development Manager – Photography Accounts, you'll play a key role in onboarding and managing wedding photographers and photography studios, helping them grow their business while driving revenue for one of India's fastest-growing wedding brands.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard wedding photographers and photography studios.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies.
Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate partnerships.
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Digital teams.
Track sales pipeline and client interactions through CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Who We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in weddings, photography, media, or events).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about the wedding industry.
