Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in retail liabilities, current accounts, and CASA sales.
• Manage a team of branch staff to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling liability products to existing customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in branch banking or related field.
• Strong understanding of retail liabilities, including deposit accounts (CASA) and lending products.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
