About the Role

Choice Connect is looking for an experienced Insurance Advisor to drive insurance sales, develop customer relationships, and provide suitable insurance solutions based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking and existing customer relationships.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

Explain policy features, benefits, terms and conditions to customers.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.

Support customers with policy renewals and servicing requirements.

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales and customer interactions.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Sales / BFSI.

Strong knowledge of Life, Health and/or General Insurance products.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Strong customer acquisition and lead-generation capabilities.

IRDAI certification/licence will be an advantage.

Candidates with experience in insurance broking, agency, banca or direct insurance sales will be preferred.
