Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the BFSI sector, leveraging consultative sales techniques to build strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions on product offerings and pricing.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B Business Development or a related field within the FinTech/Payments industry.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including financial markets, instruments, regulations, and technologies (e.g., blockchain).
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex ideas simply; excellent negotiation skills with ability to build consensus among stakeholders.
