Position: Business Development Manager (Modern Trade)

Job Location: Delhi HQ

Budget: Up to 90,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Modern Trade sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Retail Chains, and Organized Retail Partners.
• Drive new business development, product listings, category expansion, and revenue growth.
• Handle key accounts including negotiations, promotions, visibility activities, and business reviews.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand Chukde Spices presence across Modern Trade channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, inventory planning, and smooth operations.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-8 years of experience in Business Development / Modern Trade Sales (FMCG).
• Candidates from Food Industry, Beverage Industry, or Consumer Products Industry preferred.
• Strong experience in handling Modern Trade accounts, retail chains, and key customers.
• Proven experience in business development, account management, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently drive business growth and manage key stakeholders.

Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• Graduate candidates with relevant FMCG Modern Trade experience can apply.
