Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. OEM Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities with automotive OEMs and build long-term customer relationships.
2. New Customer Acquisition – Develop new OEM accounts by identifying potential customers, approaching key decisionmakers, and converting opportunities into business.
3. RFQ & New Project Management – Handle RFQs, quotations, product proposals, and coordinate with internal teams for timely submission of offers.
4. Customer Relationship Management – Maintain strong relationships with OEM purchase, engineering, quality, and program teams to ensure business continuity and growth.
5. Commercial Negotiation – Lead pricing discussions, cost negotiations, contracts, and commercial terms with OEM customers.
6. Market & Competitor Analysis – Track OEM requirements, market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for new product/business development.
7. Sales Target & Revenue Growth – Achieve assigned OEM sales targets by developing new projects, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth.
